  • 60+ days before event (before 2025/11/27): Full refund (minus 10 USD processing fee)
  • 59–31 days before event (2025/11/28–12/26): 70% refund
  • 30–15 days before event (2025/12/27–2026/1/10): 50% refund
  • 14 days or less before event (from 2026/1/11): No refund
